Absinthe, also known as the Green Fairy, is a drink steeped in controversy, at one time banned throughout Europe and the States, only recently becoming available again, the drink has a unique and fascinating method of preparation.
Ideal for product launches, exhibitions and smaller events, many people still haven’t sampled the delights of the herbal sprit. Watching the method of drizzling ice cold water over a sugar cube perched upon a special Absinthe spoon and observing the drink louche, or turn from a deep green into a cloudy pale green drink, it is sure to impress your guests or clients
We can offer the drink on its own Victorian style cart, or a modern portable bar unit for exhibitions, weddings etc. Or if you are hiring a full bar service we can add it to the list of drinks we would be supplying.
